Shipping & Handling
From order review to final delivery, this page explains how ReplicaWatchesCo.com handles
processing, packing, tracking, delivery estimates, and problems that can arise while an order is in transit.
What Happens After You Place an Order
Processing time can vary from one watch to another. An immediately available model may move faster than a watch
that depends on a specific factory, dial, movement, or production batch.
The Configuration Is Checked First
We review the model, reference, dial, bracelet or strap, factory information, movement description,
quantity, shipping details, and any special notes attached to the order.
Not Every Version Moves at the Same Speed
Availability can change by factory, batch, dial, and movement. If the exact version requested is not immediately available,
additional handling time may be needed rather than silently substituting a different configuration.
The Watch Is Packed for Transit
Protective materials may be used around the watch, bracelet, clasp, strap, and other contents before the parcel is sealed.
The goal is to reduce movement and protect exposed surfaces in transit.
Carrier Tracking Starts After Handover
Tracking can take time to update after a label is created or a parcel first enters the carrier network.
Weekend schedules, local delivery conditions, and customs processing can affect the final timeline.
Delivery Estimates Are Estimates, Not Guaranteed Dates
Destination, stock status, processing time, courier routing, local carrier delays, weekends,
and customs processing can all change how long delivery takes.

A temporary pause in carrier scans does not always mean the parcel has stopped moving.
Inspect the Parcel Before Changing the Watch
Photograph Visible Transit Damage
If the outer parcel is crushed, torn, wet, or otherwise visibly damaged, photograph it before opening.
Confirm the Watch Matches the Order
Check the model, reference, dial, bracelet or strap, color, and other order-specific details before resizing or wearing it.
Run Basic Function Checks
Set the time and date where applicable. Check GMT, chronograph, or other functions that belong to the model before extended wear.
Keep the Packaging Until You Are Satisfied
Do not discard the packaging immediately if there is a possibility that the order needs support or review.
Common Shipping & Handling Questions
Delivery time depends on stock status, order processing, destination, courier routing, and local carrier or customs delays. Use the current estimate provided for your order rather than assuming one universal timeline.
Tracking is provided after dispatch when supported by the selected carrier. The first scan may not appear immediately after the label is created.
Carrier scans can pause between facilities, during weekends, or while a parcel is being processed. Contact support if there has been no update for an unusual period.
Photograph the parcel before opening when damage is visible, then document the watch if there is an issue inside and contact support before resizing, modifying, or extensively wearing it.
